This position is based in York PA. Over 16 months youll complete 4 rotations; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

What Youll Do

You wont be watching from the sidelines; this is hands-on from day one.

  • Rotate across engineering operations product development and more
  • Work on real projects that make a measurable impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
  • Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts
  • Build problem-solving communication and leadership skills
  • Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting
  • Design and deliver a capstone project that showcases your growth

What You Bring

Were looking for curious driven future-ready thinkers.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical or related field)
    • Preferred coursework: thermodynamics machine design fluid flow intro to electrical engineering
  • Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
  • Passion for learning growth and long-term impact
  • Leadership experience from school work or community involvement
  • Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words visuals)
  • Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
  • Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
  • Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
