Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Content Marketing Agentic AI

Genpact is seeking an accomplished Vice President (VP) Content Marketing to help drive the go-to-market success of our Agentic AI product suite an innovative portfolio of intelligent solutions that enable autonomous decision-making and deliver tangible business outcomes across finance supply chain customer experience and risk domains.

Reporting to the Vice President of Agentic AI Product Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content marketing strategy for our Agentic solutions. You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility. Your expertise will help continue to position Genpact as a thought leader in the AI space.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a bold and comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand presence.

Collaborate with Agentic leadership team to create insightful content such as articles blogs and presentations that reflect their expertise and vision in the AI industry.

Lead the creation of high-quality content across various platforms including articles whitepapers videos case studies and social media.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform content development.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Relevant years of experience in content marketing with a focus on technology or AI sectors.

Proven track record of developing successful content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in all content formats.

Ability to use AI tools to achieve optimum productivity.
