What Youll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Mission)

Youll be on the front lines of cleanup and restoration making homes and businesses feel like home again.

Load up and organize your work vehicle with all the gear and supplies needed for each job
Prep rooms and set up equipment like a pro
Perform content cleaning and restoration services as directed
Keep safety top-of-mindalways
Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep projects running smoothly
Clean up and break down job sites so theyre left neat and professional
Help keep our warehouse office and grounds clean and organized
Learn the ins and outs of restoration services equipment and cleaning products
Jump in on other tasks as neededwere a team after all

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred
IICRC certifications Awesome (but not required)
Experience in cleaning restoration or construction is a plus
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Solid communication skills and team-first mindset

The Physical Side of Things (Keeping It Real)

This job keeps you moving! Youll be:

Lifting 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help)
Standing walking climbing ladders and working overhead
Working in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
Occasionally dealing with heat fumes odors noise and chemicals
Wearing safety gear including respirators when required

What Were Looking For:
3 years of restoration management experience within the last 5 years
Strong knowledge of restoration processes estimating and insurance protocols
1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
IICRC certification (WRT ASD or similar preferred)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

Lift 50 lbs regularly; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance

Work at heights on ladders and in confined spaces (attics crawlspaces)

Comfortable using/being around cleaning agents
