Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a market segment growth strategy focusing specifically on Data Center cooling solutions including both liquid and air cooling technologies.
- Understand industry dynamics the decision-making chain and the key stakeholders involved in product specifications and purchasing decisions.
- Analyze evolving industry requirements and translate how these changes impact the application and demand for our products.
- Identify relevant industry standards and requirements to guide development qualification testing and demonstration activities for market legitimacy.
- Communicate clearly to internal stakeholders the general architecture of Data Centers and related applications for our products with respective OEMs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical sales team application engineers and the account management organization to build a pipeline of new project opportunities define winning sales strategies and identify growth and innovation avenues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years in business development or key account sales.
- A background in Data Center infrastructure is required.
- Experience with High-Density Data Center Cooling solutions is preferred.
