Forecast Coffee is hiring! We are looking for wonderful staff to join our team in our cafe in Function Junction. Serving coffee with an extended food menu we are looking for enthusiastic Baristas and skilled all-rounders to join the team.
We are looking for Friday to Sunday availability.
You perform in your role with passion and take upmost care as a representative of our brand and product and are motivated to consistently deliver the excellent customer service expected. Whilst providing a positive and inclusive environment for customers and staff our staff are accountable for providing quality service and product in a safe and clean environment.
Our company core values should guide all decision making and communication in the pursuit of delivering best customer experience employee experience and anticipating what is best for the store.
The ideal candidate:
- loves great coffee and has previous barista experience
- has basic kitchen experience or willingness to learn our menu
- is willing to work in all positions in the cafe- we cross train so everyone can do all roles
- has flexible availability - mornings; evenings (Cafe hours 7am-6pm)
- enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; getting to know your customers
- is a team player and wants to build connections within our community
- Food Safe an asset
- Serving it right essential
The position:
- include barista counter-service; food preparation
- include staff meal for full shifts
- staff coffees on shift
- discount across all stores
Starting wage $18.30/hr plus tips paid out weekly
