A renowned hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Cath this role you will be an essential patient care team member responsible for delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. You will assess plan treat and evaluate nursing care for patients and work collaboratively with other healthcare team members. Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients needs.
- Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the care plan and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- Cath Lab experience is required.
Additional info:
- Full-time permanent position
- Schedule: 5x8 days
- Pay; $38-45/hr. depending on experience.
