Sales & Engineering Quality Professional
The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in driving quality and compliance across our value this role youll ensure that every processfrom sales to engineering to new product developmentmeets the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality controls support innovation and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Maintain and oversee quality documentation for sales engineering and NPD processes.
Ensure customer specifications and quality requirements are accurately captured.
Define process controls and quality checks for upstream activities.
Monitor adherence to change request processes and compliance standards.
Support and train teams on new quality processes and tools.
Provide quality support from RFQ through design freeze and SAP configuration.
Conduct audits and drive root cause analysis for corrective actions.
Assist in capturing and analyzing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Your Background
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and process controls.
Experience in sales project management engineering or NPD environments.
Ability to train and implement new processes effectively.
Analytical skills for RCA and COPQ analysis.
Familiarity with SAP configuration and change management is a plus.
