WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Womens Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy well-established group at FPN Womens Specialty & Midwifery Crown Point located in Crown Point Indiana. Provider would be joining an established physician.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a background inwomens health work. Having clinic experience is a plus. Candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with our team of physicians and midwives and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Flexible full-time schedule
Conducting comprehensive womens health assessments including medical history reviews physical examinations and screenings
Provide pre- and post-partum care
Managing prenatal care for expectant mothers including prenatal visits monitoring fetal development and providing education on pregnancy and childbirth
Collaborating with obstetricians midwives and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal care for pregnant women
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds and laboratory tests and developing appropriate treatment plans based on results
Highly collaborative environment with strong mentorship opportunities

Masters Degree - Required
Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
