What You Will Do:

In this role you will use your eye of excellence to perform the essential functions of the role; such as make readies residential service requests general maintenance work orders and asset preservation all while ensuring you follow proper safety protocol. When you join this close-knit team you will work with your team members (maintenance and office team) to achieve community goals.

What Youll Bring:

Residential maintenance experience preferred 4 years ideal
Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
Construction general contractor handyman or general maintenance experience
Independently able to plan organize and follow through on work
Have an eye for excellence / detail-oriented
Valid California drivers license is required as driving is an essential job function and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g. ride-hailing carpooling bicycling walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within travel time or cost

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $31 - $36/hr (inclusive of any potential bonuses and incentives)! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience of the candidate.
