Job Summary

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Program / Contract Manager to lead and oversee all operational technical and administrative aspects of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Centers (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS. This role serves as the primary liaison between E-Logic and the Government and is responsible for contract performance staffing compliance and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and stakeholders
Manage contract performance staffing levels and deliverables
Ensure compliance with PWS SLAs FAR and federal IT standards
Oversee budgeting risk management reporting and quality control
Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across IT cybersecurity and infrastructure
Support audits inspections and performance reviews

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
5 years of program or contract management experience in federal IT environments
PMP certification required
IAT Level II certification (Security SSCP GSEC etc.)
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
