Job Summary
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Expeditor to help keep jobs moving efficiently through the production process. This role plays a key part in coordinating workflow tracking jobs and supporting shop floor teams to ensure deadlines and production goals are met.
What Youll Do
Track parts and jobs as they move through manufacturing operations
Follow work orders through machining inspection and final completion
Identify workflow bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to resolve delays
Communicate job status updates to supervisors and leadership
Support motivate and engage shop floor personnel to meet production timelines
Build strong working relationships across departments
What Were Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working on the shop floor and interacting with production teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and track multiple jobs at once
Preferred Experience
Background in a manufacturing or production environment
Personable supportive and motivating communication style
Experience coordinating workflows or production schedules
