Job Summary
About the RoleThe EHS Manager leads Environmental Health and Safety efforts at the facility driving compliance continuous improvement and a strong safety culture. Youll partner with plant leadership to reduce risk prevent injuries and ensure all regulatory and company safety standards are Youll DoEnsure compliance with OSHA EPA DOT and other EHS regulationsLead safety programs focused on injury prevention and cost reductionDevelop and deliver safety training across the facilityManage Industrial Hygiene Ergonomics and Fire Prevention programsLead audits inspections and corrective action follow-upReview new equipment and processes for safety complianceAdminister Workers Compensation and return-to-work programsServe as the facility lead for emergency response and security incidentsManage the EHS budget and support other Hoffmaster facilities as neededPromote a visible proactive injury-free safety cultureWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Environmental Health & Safety Engineering or related field5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of OSHA EPA and safety regulationsExperience leading audits training programs and safety initiativesStrong communication leadership and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel up to 1020%Organizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityAt Hoffmaster safety is a shared responsibility.
