Were looking for a PACS Implementation Engineer to join Sectra. This role is ideal for someone with 510 years of experience in system deployment configuration or technical implementation within healthcare IT. Youll play a critical role in installing configuring and optimizing Sectras Enterprise Imaging solutions helping hospitals and health systems deliver better care through smarter technology. You will begin in our Technical Development Program to gain Sectra product knowledge and technical foundations. From there youll transition into a project portfolio role working directly with healthcare customers on meaningful integration challenges.
In this role you will:
- Lead and execute deployments of Sectras Enterprise Imaging software databases and related tools
- Configure integrations with third-party systems including PACS EMRs modalities dictation systems and AI platforms
- Collaborate with project managers healthcare IT teams and customers to ensure successful implementations
- Support and lead data migration activities during project transitions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform diagnostics remotely or on-site
- Deliver technical training sessions and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within deployment processes
- Occasionally work outside of standard hours to support go-lives and critical implementations
