Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Therapy Services provides leadership and operational oversight for rehabilitation services including therapy staff clinical workflows and service delivery. This role ensures therapy services are delivered safely efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals regulatory standards and patient care priorities. The Manager of Therapy Services supports quality outcomes staff development and continuous improvement across therapy programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead supervise and support therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care and professional practice standards.
Oversee daily operations staffing scheduling and resource utilization within therapy services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation and organizational policies related to therapy practice.
Monitor performance metrics quality outcomes and patient satisfaction to drive service improvements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders and providers to coordinate patient-centered rehabilitation care.
Support budgeting program development and performance improvement initiatives within therapy services.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires a combination of sitting standing and walking throughout therapy departments and clinical areas. Occasional assistance with patient mobility or equipment handling may be required. Adequate vision hearing and communication abilities are necessary to interact with staff patients and interdisciplinary teams.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Manager of Therapy Services works in rehabilitation gyms inpatient units outpatient clinics and office settings. The role may involve exposure to patients with varying mobility levels and medical conditions. Adherence to safety infection prevention and regulatory standards is required with occasional exposure to moderate noise and busy clinical environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- A current license in ND in a therapy field is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Masters degree in physical therapy occupational therapy or a related field
Experience Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of experience as a physical therapist with previous experience in staff supervision management or leadership. Must be able to demonstrate the significant abilities needed to meet all clinical and leadership standards and responsibilities established for the position.
