ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the direct management and oversight of teammates in the Closing Function.
2. Review and Execution of Legal Documentation
3. Strong Knowledge of Loan Closings and Lending Regulatory Requirements
4. Ensure all closing information was complete and accurate all standards guidelines policies and procedures and regulations were followed
5. Responsible for independent judgment and decision making on enforcing controls in the closing process. Authority to stop a closing if all conditions were not met
6. Assist with managing the teams workflow and priorities for closings
7. Identify opportunities to improve quality and completeness of closing requests received by Closers
8. Facilitate timely workflow and manage cycle times
9. Routinely and actively engage with teammates and consistently utilize and model a one-team approach
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. 10 years of experience in credit operations loan consultation loan administration loan origination real estate construction banking operations (documentation client service accounting) or related field(s)
2. 10 years of experience in the execution of legal documentation and associated processes
3. Proficiency with MS Office applications
4. Management Knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or certificate in related field
2. Paralegal experience with Wholesale Lending transactions
3. Knowledge of booking loan and lease transactions
