Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist with us you will care for a variety of patients and assignments in all service lines where you will share your knowledge and skills to help guide patient care. Our team work with autonomy and can make key decisions to improve the care of some of the most critical patients and are widely acknowledged for their vast knowledge base and advanced skill set.

You will have opportunities to learn advanced care practices including mechanical ventilation modalities and interventions for a diverse patient population including but not limited to:

• General adult care
• Caring for a neonate during an in-flight transport
• Pediatric patient on high-frequency ventilation
• Patients requiring ECMO in the medical ICU

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Associates Degree in Respiratory Care
Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Program

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
State of California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
