Weare looking for a Senior Researcher who wants to move beyond tactical testing and into the heart of business strategy. You will lead the research agenda for entire product domains working across our global ecosystem to solve complex problems for both SMBs and large enterprises. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to see their insights directly influence pricing market entry and product roadmaps witha high level of organizational adoption. If you want to tackle high difficulty puzzles in the fintech space while having a clear and measurable impact on company growth this is the team for you.
What youll do:
- Research Leadership and Strategy:Lead research across domains like FX and compliance to align insights with company goals. You will define the research agenda and bring clarity to ambiguous customer problems.
- Methodological Excellence:Design and execute mixed-methods research whilemaintaininghigh ethical and methodological standards. Synthesize multi-segment data into clear strategic direction for the business.
- Cross-Functional Influence:Partner with Product Design andEngineeringteams to integrate customer insights into decision-making. Use engaging storytelling to advocate for customer needs and influence prioritization.
- Impact and Outcomes:Deliver strategic studies that drive measurable improvements in retention activation and market entry. Your work will directly shape product launches and pricing strategies through data-backed evidence.
- Mentorship and Team Growth:Coach junior researchers to strengthen the teams analytical and storytelling capabilities. Foster an inclusive environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- 5-7 years of experience in a product/UX research role
- Expertise in major research disciplines and fluency in multiple methods (Mixed method researcher).
- Strong understanding of researchs role in product marketing and R&D.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
- High business acumen and influence on key performance indicators.
- Skill in managing conflict and maintaining trusted relationships.
