Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Night Auditor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction at our hotel.
- Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy
- Verify and reconcile guest accounts ensuring all charges are correctly posted
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkin checkout and throughout the night shift
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees
- Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished
- Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
- Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (essential)
- Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures
- Guestcentric mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Problemsolving abilities and critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Valid work visa for expatriates (if applicable)
