Job Summary
Are you ready to navigate the complexities of international trade and make a real impact in global logistics AtMaersk were looking for aSr. Customs Operations Agent to lead and deliver exceptional customs brokerage services ensuring compliance efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do
As a key player in our Customs Brokerage team youll:
Take full ownership of Egypts import/export customs processes.
Deliver outstanding service to our clients ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead a team to meet and exceed KPIs driving operational excellence.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on customs regulations and international transportation.
Collaborate across departments to expedite shipments and resolve challenges.
Manage client invoicing accruals reporting and cash flow optimization.
Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold Maersks high standards.
Who You Are
Youre a driven detail-oriented professional with:
A bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Relevant and proven industry experience in customs or international logistics.
Strong knowledge of transportation and customs regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive organized mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new platforms.
