Reporting into: Building Services Manager

Our client a leading residential developer has an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber Building Services Engineer. Reporting to the Building Services Manager you will assist in managing the design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical services on high-density residential projects.

Key responsibilities include overseeing M&E system installations supporting construction management teams in resolving on-site issues and coordinating with design teams for M&E system integration. You will also manage M&E sub-contractors ensure program and quality standards are met and liaise with Public Utility providers to ensure timely delivery of essential services like electricity and gas. Additionally you will contribute to innovation value engineering and the management of temporary utility systems.
