WhatYoullDo:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to clients providing strategic communications counsel that aligns with businessobjectivesand drives competitive differentiation.
  • Develop and execute IMC strategiesleveragingowned earned and paid media channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists and editors content creators and analysts.
  • Champion the agencys reputation and culture by embodying leadership creativity and strategic excellence across markets.
  • Supportmultiple client accounts and regional projects ensuring profitability quality of service and award-worthy outcomes.
  • Support senior team members in client engagement and project planning contributing ideas to strengthen campaign outcomes.
  • Build andmaintainclient relationships (including C-suite)assistingin communications with senior stakeholderswhereappropriate.
  • Anticipate challengesidentifyopportunities and proactively shape strategies that advance both client and agency goals.
  • Contribute to new business efforts by supporting pitch decksand presentations with insights.
  • Participate in developing and applyingHoffman Agency (HA) products and methodologies for regional replication.
  • Contribute to agency growth initiatives such as off-sites lunch bucket presentations and cross-regional knowledgesharing.

The Heros Background: Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field; postgraduate or MBA qualification is a plus
  • 35years of experience in public relations integrated communications or marketing preferably within an agency environment
  • Experiencesupporting regionalor multi-market client accounts with measurable business impact
  • Understanding of the technology B2B or digital ecosystem able to connect insights across industries such as IoT semiconductors or supply chain
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate client business goals into compelling communication campaigns
  • Demonstratedexpertisein media relations storytelling and stakeholder engagement at senior and C-suite levels
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid-level leaders to success
  • Solid grasp of digital and social media trends analytics and integration of owned earned and paid channels
  • Excellent presentation writing and client consulting skills persuasive articulate and confident under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen; able to balance creative innovation with business profitability
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced multicultural and matrix environments across APAC or global markets
