OMO戦略を現場で実行推進する運営メンバーを新たに募集します

本ポジションはOMO事業開発責任者チームリーダーのもとで
店舗運営イベント在庫商品品揃えオンライン連携物流関連パートナー管理やコミュニケーションなどを横断的に支える実行ポジションです

Qoo10フラッグシップストアポップアップストアにおいて
日々の店舗運営や開発イベント実行オンライン連携を担う中核メンバーとしてご活躍いただきます

単なる店舗運営に留まらず
Qoo10のオンライン施策メガ割などのキャンペーンライブコマース会員施策等と連動した
OMO型の顧客体験づくりに深く関わっていただきます

主な業務内容

① 店舗運営サポート

• 日次週次の店舗運営業務サポート
• 店舗オペレーションの改善提案実行
• スタッフとの連携現場調整
• 店舗ルールオペレーションの整備補助

② イベントポップアップ運営

• ブランドポップアップイベントの運営実行
• スケジュール管理現場進行関係者調整
• ブランド代理店社内関係部署との調整
• イベント後の振り返りレポーティング

③ 商品在庫管理フラッグシップ中心

• 展示販売商品の在庫管理サポート
• 売上在庫データの確認簡易分析
• 棚卸し棚卸数量確認対応
• ロジスティクス担当との連携

④ OMOオンライン連携

• オンラインキャンペーンと連動した店頭施策の実行
• Qoo10アプリEC施策との連携サポート
• ライブコマース撮影対応の現場サポート
• オンライン送客オフライン来店促進施策の実行

必須要件

• 小売店舗イベント運営販促いずれかの実務経験2年以上
• 複数関係者と調整しながら業務を進めた経験
• 現場対応実行を厭わないスタンス
• 基本的なPCスキルExcel / PowerPoint
