The ideal candidate:
Over 10 years of experience in People or HR leadership within high-growth technology or R&D-led environments.
Proven track record of designing scalable people frameworks and leading HR operations in multi-regional settings.
Pragmatic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on delivery in a startup.
