感知算法工程师矿山无人驾驶方向
岗位职责
设计并优化矿山无人驾驶场景下的多传感器融合感知系统包括激光雷达摄像头毫米波雷达等实现高精度环境建模与目标识别 开发并迭代感知检测与融合算法如BEV感知Occupancy Grid语义分割目标跟踪等提升系统在复杂地形和极端天气下的鲁棒性 针对矿区扬尘雨雪夜间低光等特殊工况研发抗干扰与冗余机制保障感知系统稳定运行 在车规级嵌入式平台如 NVIDIA Orin上部署感知算法优化计算效率与资源利用实现算法的工程化落地 与硬件控制系统集成等团队协同工作参与从传感器选型标定到整车部署的全流程确保感知模块与整车系统的高效协同
任职要求
硕士及以上学历计算机电子工程自动化人工智能等相关专业 3年以上自动驾驶或机器人领域感知算法研发经验具备完整项目开发与部署经历 有矿山无人驾驶感知应用经验熟悉矿山场景无人驾驶感知准确性以及相关处理方法 了解矿山应用感知算法的缺陷协助规划以及控制提供合适的方案 熟练掌握CPython编程具备良好的算法实现与调试能力 熟悉激光雷达点云处理图像识别毫米波雷达数据解析了解多传感器融合技术 熟悉激光雷达深度学习算法了解激光雷达的算法模型能够独立完成基于激光雷达点云的物体识别距离检测物体大小以及姿态测量的深度学习部署 理解主流感知算法原理如目标检测语义分割BEV建模Transformer网络等并具备实际应用经验 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力以及团队协作与沟通能力

- 有乘用车或商用车自动驾驶感知系统研发经验了解从硬件选型到算法部署的完整流程
- 熟悉ApolloAutoware等开源自动驾驶平台
- 具备嵌入式平台部署与优化经验熟悉车规级硬件环境
