Summary
This positionis responsible foroverall program performance including schedule performance cost performance and customer affinity by executing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Direct all phases of the program from requirements analysis initial planning through all phases to successful product delivery and assurea timelycloseout of completed programs to ensure that all obligations are satisfied and program documentation is properly recorded.
Support program bid and proposal activities. Ensure that requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals.
Develop and implement plans and schedules to execute contracts/subcontracts. Allocate and control contract budgets for labor material travel andpurchasedservices. Report program status to senior management as.
Development and maintenance of the program integrated master schedule to include the internal and external milestones and phases asestablishedby the respective program teams.
Establish andmonitoradherence to program master plans and schedulesidentifyprogram problems obtain solutions direct allocation of resources.
Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedule areevident. Seek senior managementassistancein resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise.
Formallyidentify assessmonitor and mitigate risk throughout the program life cycle. Obtain management approval prior to making decisions that will cause deterioration of established program cost and scheduleobjectives.
Contribute to program financial forecasts report progress to financialobjectives.
Coordinate with other departments on resolution of contractual problems with customer. Coordinate with Sr Program Manager and Contracts Manager on issuespertaining tocontract requirements changes and interpretations.
Ability to clearly communicate program status issues risks opportunities and plans to internal senior management.
Ensure coordination across multiple programs and/or projects and with other product line leads.
Direct and coordinate multi-million- to billion-dollar proposal activities from U.S. and foreign governments.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors degreeor 20 years of relatable work experience.
Successfultrack recordin managingor proposingcomplex aerospace/defense projects as a prime or subcontractor to a domestic or foreign military organization.
Must be a dynamic and energetic leader that involves other team members in the decision making and change process.
Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting preferred; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress productivity and variance analysis.
The position requires coordinating and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong communicationskills toadviseteam members and senior management on status and/or actions.
Microsoft Office Suite skills including PowerPoint.
Active Secret security clearance preferred Secret clearance issuance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment is DoD.
High-energy and self-driven individual that can make things happen without a large support organization to depend on daily and knows how to manage his/her time wisely.
A personality style that is team oriented and has the success of the customer program organization and business as his/her mainobjective.

Security Responsibilities
Mustcomplywithall company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials in any form. Shall not divulge any information or afford access to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Work Environment
Ability to travel nationally on occasion.
Work will be performed in an office environment
Work will require activities to be performed in a simulator high-bay environment periodically
Work will require activities to be performed in a simulator computer lab periodically
