We offer a competitive and flexible salary structure with wages negotiable within the ranges below based on qualifications education and addition employees receive a guaranteed 3% annual salary increase each year through FY29 providing predictability stability and long-term earning growth.

- Bachelors Degree (BA): $51156 ï½ $63156
- Bachelors 15 (BA15): $51656 ï½ $65156
- Bachelors 30 (BA30): $52156 ï½ $67156
- Masters Degree (MA): $53406 ï½ $72156
- Masters 15 (MA15): $54156 ï½ $72906
- Masters 30 (MA30): $54906 ï½ $73656
- Masters 45 / PhD: $57156 ï½ $75906
Educational Advancement Pay Increases
In addition to annual raises salary increases are applied as you advance your education:
- BA to BA15: $500
- BA15 to BA30: $800
- BA30 to MA: $5000
- MA to MA15: $1000
- MA15 to MA30: $1000
- MA30 to MA45 / PhD: $1000

Longevity Incentives
To recognize long-term commitment to Fairfield Community School District the following longevity bonuses are provided:
- After the 2nd year of certified FCSD service:
If converting from an initial license to a standard license and returning to FCSD the following year a one-time longevity bonus is paid in June.- If the initial license is not converted until the 3rd year a $500 bonus is paid at that time.
- After the 5th year of certified FCSD service:
A one-time longevity bonus is paid in June and continues at the following milestones:
5th 10th 15th 20th 25th year and every five years thereafter.
