Facilities Helper Janitorial Support

AEVEX is looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Helper to be responsible for all basic cleaning of multiple company sites to include office spaces kitchens bathrooms production spaces and outside.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning of multiple company sites to include office spaces kitchens bathrooms production spaces and outside.
• Office spaces include vacuuming dusting emptying trash cans replacing liners picking up larger objects off the floor and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Kitchen spaces include dust mopping sweeping damp mopping dusting emptying trash cans replacing liners picking up larger objects off the floor sanitizing counters and tables and spot cleaning chairs and microwaves. Restocking fridges cabinets coffee stations and snack bars.
• Bathroom spaces include dust mopping sweeping damp mopping dusting emptying trash cans replacing liners picking up larger objects off the floor sanitizing counters restocking dispensers cleaning mirrors spot cleaning partition doors and walls and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Production spaces include emptying trash cans replacing liners picking up larger objects off the floor.
• Outside spaces include emptying trash cans replacing liners picking up larger objects off the floor.
• Sets up stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Provide day-to-day general facility maintenance.
• Perform regular inspections of facility to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.

Standard Essential Functions:

Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance U.S. Citizenship required.

Education / Certifications:

• High school diploma GED or equivalent

Experience:

• Previous cleaning experience a plus
