Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in York who are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect with residential project experience to take the next step in responsibility working on high-quality residential projects. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Contribute creatively across all RIBA Work Stages from concept through to completion
Produce high-quality design and technical information with strong attention to detail
Work closely with project leads and clients to help deliver successful project outcomes
Participate in collaborative design discussions and studio environment
Work effectively independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

ARB-registered Architect with 3 years experience
Proven residential project experience
Strong creative design ability with a good eye for detail
ArchiCAD or Revit experience
Good graphic technical and project management skills
