What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the key SPOC during application transitions to lead technical team members through knowledge transfer shadowing and reverse job shadowing phases.
• Evaluate existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Interpret business data create reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments to ensure alignment.
• Work with developers and applications owners to implement business solutions.
• Assist in tracking project progress managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.

What should you bring along

• 4-6 years experience overall IT experience with 2-4 years in auto-industry domain.
• The ability to question existing processes and explore innovative solutions.
• Precision in documentation and analysis
• Being open to continuous learning in an evolving business landscape
• The ability to build relationships and manage expectations across teams.
• Working seamlessly with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Must have technical skill

• Analytical Thinking Ability to assess business problems and propose logical solutions.
• Technical Knowledge Understanding of coding languages ( etc.) databases (MS SQL PL/SQL PostgreSQL etc.) and software development processes.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation Expertise in writing clear and concise business requirements.
• Change Management Experience in guiding organizations through transitions.
• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Data Interpretation Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data.
• Project Management Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Good to have Technical skills

• SQL & Data Querying Ability to extract and manipulate data for deeper insights.
• UI/UX Understanding Knowledge of user experience principles for better product design.
• Presentation & Storytelling Ability to convey insights in a compelling manner.
