The Role
Condé Nast Italy is looking for a talented Junior Digital Media Advertiser to support the Digital Media Strategy Team based in Milan. This role will play as the operational point of contact for key digital advertising business relationships with Sales and the agency holding client companies. Their work is specifically addressed to the monetization of global formats and the answer of specific local markets needs. Please note that this role will collaborate with Condé Nast Italy as a freelancer using an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA).
Primary Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of a campaign from media plan generation order entry campaign optimisations monitoring and post campaign analysis report
Create KPI driven media plans
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to develop and build plans & packages
Review deal proposals for compliance with company policy as it relates to our agency contracts terms and conditions deal construct and packaging best practices
Analyze spend reports and communicate insights
Review plans for adherence of established business rules
Collaborate with the Inventory Revenue and Adv Operations teams to escalate issues and aid in troubleshooting
Primary Skills & Qualifications
Experience in strategy or planning at an agency or in a revenue analyst role
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
Excellent personal time-management and project planning skills
Initiative to identify and solve problems independently
Ability to prioritize assigned tasks for completion within required time frame
Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
Proven ability to operate strategically as the situation demands results-oriented
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Experience in the digital media or advertising industry
Strong attention to detail good follow-up and able to generate creative solutions to meet client needs
Familiarity with basic financial concepts a plus
