Job Summary

Qualifications:

College graduate of any 4-year course; enjoys selling and highly motivated; we welcome fresh graduates; candidates outside of NCR must be willing to undergo training in Manila - accommodation and allowances will be provided by the Company.

Responsibilities:

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Proactively perform customer service functions whenever needed.

Customer Service Function: Order-taking; Processing of payment; Handling of complaints; Listing of bad orders; Answering telephone calls inquiries or quotations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a reliever whenever an Account Specialist is unavailable
  • Process all orders sent electronically either through Argus or online ordering system
  • Print reports needed by Account Specialist
  • Endorse properly to concerned Account Specialist all details relating to transactions of customers handled or served
  • Handle customers requests and complaints promptly and satisfactorily
  • Interact with customers in a friendly courteous and professional way
  • Maintain a good attendance record by avoiding unwanted tardiness and absences from work
  • Attend company meetings and trainings.
