The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills deep technical expertise and a proven track record in managing complex projects within Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end software development projects in the banking and financial services domain.

Provide technical estimation solution design and framework documentation for projects.

Manage project plans assign tasks monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Conduct system studies requirements mapping system design integration and implementation.

Collaborate with business units to communicate solution benefits and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Mentor and guide development teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in software development with technologies ( Framework 3.08.0 .NET Core).

Proficient in Entity Framework Angular React LINQ and REST API development.

Strong experience with RDBMS (MS SQL Server 2005/2019 Sybase 16.0) database programming query optimization and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (GitHub GitHub Actions JIRA Helios SonarQube Nexus UCD).

Expertise in SSIS

Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to lead teams manage deliverables and drive project success.

Preferred Familiarity with Windows Services IIS and Windows server management.

Having knowledge of SSRS and Crystal Reports.
