Maintain and update client records ensuring all travel arrangements are accurately documented.
Offer exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Passion for cruising with significant personal cruise experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Caribbean islands and popular cruise destinations.
