Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI products tailored to specific business needs.
- Lead business development: identify and shape new opportunities drive go-to-market activities craft compelling proposals build relationships and shape solution narratives to secure new business.
- Build and mentor teams: lead and coach multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers while cultivating a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a technical and strategic advisor: counsel clients on trends and best practices in AI strategy and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience across data AI and analytics including several years in consulting or a comparable internal transformation role leading initiatives from strategy through delivery.
- Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex enterpriselevel projects.
- AI/ML: solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Cloud platforms: experience with leading clouds e.g. AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g. Python) and familiar with at least one front-end language (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript)
