Job Summary

**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is seeking a Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work 1:1 Monday - Friday from 4pm to 9pm in Waldorf MD. The ideal candidate will provide support and care for residents assist with daily activities medication management and ensure their overall well-being. A valid drivers license with reliable transportation and car insurance is required for this role.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily activities meal preparation personal hygiene and recreational activities
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and report changes in residents health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to provide comprehensive care
