The ideal candidate has hands-on technical knowledge of buildings and infrastructure enjoys coordinating on-site activities and is confident managing contractors and maintenance projects.

TECHNICAL PROPERTY ADVISOR

Location: Szentendre Hungary

Industry: Real Estate/ Property & Facility Management

THE JOB

• Maintain the sites aesthetic and technical condition in line with approved maintenance priorities. Main areas: electricity substations and networks water & sewage infrastructure roof insulation and drainage systems.
• Ensure order and cleanliness within the plot and ensure tenant behaviour complies with site rules and standards.
• Identify risks inefficiencies or improvement needs and submit proposals for approval.
• Manage tenant technical requests and coordinate interventions.
• Source and evaluate suppliers request and compare quotations.
• Support negotiations to ensure cost-effective and compliant outcomes.
• Execute and oversee technical projects and works based on approved plans.
• Conduct on-site inspections supervise contractors and ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
• Perform technical takeovers and document progress on repairs and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency presenting them for approval.
• Support long-term maintenance planning in line with the companys strategy.
• Remain available for occasional urgent after-hours matters and act promptly.

THE PERSON

• Secondary or higher technical education in construction building engineering or a related technical field.
• Min 5 years experience in construction and facility management with a solid technical understanding of building operations and maintenance processes.
• Experience coordinating on-site contractors and performing quality checks.
• Strong problem-solving documentation and organizational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial proactive and comfortable handling multiple projects and respond to urgent situations.
• Native Hungarian and Fluency in English.
