The Internal Strategy Consultant will play a key role in supporting the development and dissemination of content for both internal and external audiences including investors owners and the broader C5MI ecosystem. This person will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle tight deadlines. This position is primarily responsible for enabling strategy development and driving communication initiatives that support C5MIs direction for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop edit and manage content for presentations reports and communications shared with investors owners and internal teams.
• Sharing Market Research intelligence data analysis to dissect this information and strategize how to use it for C5MI
• Collaborate with leadership to articulate and communicate C5MIs strategic direction growth initiatives and key business objectives.
• Support the creation of messaging grids brand narratives and strategic communications that align with C5MIs mission and values.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings quarterly updates and external presentations.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels including digital print and live events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate strategy into compelling content.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in investor relations and strategic communications to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Business or related field.
• Must have GovCon experience
• Proven experience in content creation strategic communications or investor relations.
• Strong writing editing and presentation skills using PowerPoint
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and content management systems.
• We are looking for someone on the East coast for this position

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law the expected salary range for this position is $100500. $120600 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidates experience qualifications skills and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
