We are seeking a WebEOC Developer to join our dynamic and growing this role you will use your WebEOC development skills to configure and customize emergency management solutionswhile working directly with clients to drive meaningful real-world impact.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Customize and configure applications using HTML5 CSS JavaScript jQuery and related front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to deliver secure scalable and reusable design solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to peer code reviews.
• Support client engagements document technical requirements and provide training as needed.
• Perform testing debugging and quality control with minimal supervision.
• Ensure solutions meet security and accessibility standards (e.g. Section 508).

Required Education Experience and Skills:

• Bachelors degree required.
• WebEOC experience required.
• 5 years of professional experience in web development (JavaScript jQuery HTML5 CSS JSON XML XSLT).
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role.
• Strong experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Education Experience and Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Experience working within a customers secure remote environment.
• Knowledge of emergency management systems or public sector IT.
• Familiarity with Jira Confluence and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as GitLab.
• Certified WebEOC Administrator or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
