We are supporting our client Omnia Inclusive one of Australias leading Inclusive Employment Australia providers and Youth NDIS specialists. Every day the team partner with individuals carers employers community groups and allied health providers to create personalised programs that touch every part of a participants life.
The team are now needing an Employer Specialist in Wagga Wagga. You will be the key link between employers and participants. Youll engage with local businesses to understand their workforce needs promote Omnia Inclusive services and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that create positive outcomes for both employers and participants.
This role is all about partnership - youll work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure participants are placed in safe suitable roles and employers receive the ongoing support they need for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong employer partnerships across a range of industries
- Identify and promote open employment opportunities that align with participant skills and goals
- Develop and deliver tailored recruitment and marketing strategies for employers
- Support employers with onboarding incentives and post-placement services
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sustainable employment outcomes
- Provide ongoing localised support through regular onsite and face-to-face engagement
Skills:
- Experience in business development recruitment or employer engagement
- Strong networking communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a passion for inclusive employment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven participant-centred environment
- Understanding of disability employment or community services (highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in employment services youth work or disability support (highly regarded)
- Cert IV in Disability Employment Services Youth Work or similar (desirable)
- Drivers licence and willingness to travel locally (required)
