What are we looking for
Drive meaningful growth at the heart of a leading Australian financial services and lending group. Youll play a key role in unlocking the full potential of our CRM and automation platform. This role owns and drives the end-to-end customer and partner CRM lifecycle strategy using HubSpot from onboarding and engagement through retention churn reduction and win-back. Reporting to the Head of Marketing youll build and optimize systems from the ground up working closely with product tech data operations and sales teams to deliver automation efficiency and an improved customer and partner experience across multiple brands. Youll also execute email and SMS communications to customers and partners via HubSpot ensuring campaigns are deployed effectively and aligned with business goals.
What are you expected to do
- Drive impact every day: Own the end-to-end customer and partner lifecycle across onboarding engagement retention and win-back initiatives.
- Be the architect of efficiency: Simplify workflows build dashboards automations lead routing nurturing sequences and lifecycle managementmaking HubSpot intuitive for non-technical users.
- Lead campaigns that matter: Collaborate with our Copywriter Head of Marketing Product and Distribution teams to set up timely targeted email and SMS campaigns for our partner networks.
- Be data-driven: Maintain CRM hygiene ensure structured and reliable data and deliver insightful reporting to guide business decisions.
- Hands-on execution: Youll be on the tools dailybuilding testing and optimizing automations while supporting Marketing Product Distribution and Project functions.
- Make HubSpot a growth engine: Identify opportunities to optimize processes enhance partner and customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Youll be a great fit if:
- You have 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM with additional exposure to other CRMs such as Marketo Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Salesforce Pardot) or Microsoft Dynamics.
- You can confidently migrate and rebuild business processes in HubSpot creating workflows automations and dashboards that drive efficiency and impact.
- You know how to make HubSpot intuitive for non-technical users with a strong understanding of CRM data structure hygiene and lifecycle management.
- You have experience setting up and managing email and SMS campaigns ideally with some exposure to financial services.
- You can manage multiple priorities work independently and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
- You are a hands-on builder curious and committed to continuous improvement.
- You thrive on ownership solving problems and creating scalable systems that shape how CRM supports business growth.

Please note: This role is remote; however we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events client meetings or equipment handover. Additionally local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
