Job Summary

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Sales of glasses and contacts
Provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients
Pricing and filing patients vision insurance plans
Coordinate patient care with doctors and other staff
Trouble shooting patient vision issues
Answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have the following qualities:
At least one year of retail sales required
One year of optical sales is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong computer skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
