Tikvah Clinic at Ohel is seeking a detail-orientedData and Administrative Assistantto support the Program Director of Childrens Services within our outpatient mental health clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized comfortable working with data across multiple systems and able to balance administrative and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter maintain and update data across multiple platforms including government systems electronic health records (EHR) and internal Ohel spreadsheets
- Review and interpret data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate basic data reports and summaries for programmatic and administrative needs
- Maintain organized records and support data tracking reporting and compliance efforts
- Provide general administrative support to the Program Director including managing communications scheduling and coordinating meetings or projects
- Serve as a point of contact for providers and staff facilitating clear and professional communication
- Assist with special projects and new tasks as they arise
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative and/or data-focused role preferably in a healthcare mental health or social services setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and basic reports
- Comfortable working across multiple data systems and learning new platforms quickly
- Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
This full time position is hybrid and based in Brooklyn.
Salary: $ 65000
