Our Playtech Academy team is looking for a self-driven Product Trainer with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Providing comprehensive internal training sessions online and onsite to Playtech employees
- Collaboration with Playtech Product teams to make sure your knowledge and the Academys content are always up to date. (Key knowledge link between product teams of all PT products and professionals across the Academy team regarding content updates etc.)
- Collaboration across all Business Units within Playtech to identify specific training needs.
- Being a Subject Matter Expert provide feedback on existing content and be part of the new content creation while supporting the Learning and Development project.
- Updating relevant stakeholders on training feedback and project status.
Qualifications :

- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer or in a Learning and Development role demonstrating your ability to effectively educate and engage learners.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Have a solid understanding of MS Office applications including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Are passionate about training with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow.
- Excel as a communicator able to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Have excellent presentation and rhetorical abilities effortlessly engaging and captivating your audience
- Are self-driven taking initiative and working independently to achieve your goals.
- Thrive as a team player collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.

- Previous experience with Playtech software and tools in either B2B or B2C industry.
