Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for two Paralegals to join our highly regarded Recoveries Department Creditor Services Team supporting our lawyers with a wide range of tasks involved in progressing specialist enforcement cases.
As a Paralegal in this team you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while gaining exposure to complex and varied casework.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting LBAs
- Conducting trace work
- Producing letters and emails tailored to case requirements
- Preparing and drafting court documents and bundles for hearings
- Instructing LPC
- Negotiating and monitoring instalment pay offers
- Progressing proceedings and undertaking enforcement action
- Updating case files and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures
- Opening and closing files
- Handling accounting and reporting to clients
- Liaising with key stakeholders over the phone
- Managing cases and all associated procedures
Paralegal experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong organisational skills and an interest in dispute resolution.
