Job Summary
Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line greeting customers taking orders rolling burritos re-stocking the fridges basic food prep wiping tables and learning other roles across the team. Youll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy GYG business.
Experience is helpful but its not everything. What we mean is:
- Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
- Youre open to coaching eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
- Can do attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
Reporting to:
Restaurant Manager
Successful candidate profile
- Advanced English skills (if non-native).
- Ability to multitask and work in a really fast paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and capability of learning Point of Sales and EFTPOS. machine operation.
- General understanding of Australian currency payment methods and loyalty cards.
- Outgoing and approachable personality.
- Patience and eagerness to help customers.
- Capability of maintaining a clean tidy and organised work station.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive enthusiastic personality.
- Good communication skills and great ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and always moving attitude.
