Job Summary
The Bar Prep is responsible for supporting the bar team by preparing ingredients maintaining cleanliness and organization and ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. This role is essential to efficient operations consistent quality and seamless guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare bar ingredients including juices syrups garnishes infusions and batched cocktails according to established recipes and standards
Set up and break down the bar prep area before and after service
Stock bar stations with glassware ice garnishes spirits mixers and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas storage spaces refrigerators and freezers
Follow all food safety sanitation and health department guidelines
Label date and rotate products using FIFO standards
Assist bartenders during service as needed
Monitor par levels and communicate low inventory to bar management
Properly handle and dispose of waste recycling and compost
Qualifications :
- Prior experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
- Ability to communicate in English.
