Job Description
The Opportunity:
Saint Lukes Hospital in Kansas CIty is seeking a PACU RN to join their Perianesthesia this position you will provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients with various conditions and acuity levels undergoing various procedures including; but not limited to orthopedics total joints sports medicine GYN urology plastics general surgery ophthalmology and some spine.
Shift Details:
This is a FT Day position 9 am until 9:30 pm. This position takes call. The call back requirement is 30 minutes.
The Work:
Provides pre-operative and post-operative care for inpatient and outpatient procedures.
Utilizesthe nursing process
Performspatient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff
Coordinatesthe plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Demonstratesproficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures

Applicable Experience:
