Job Summary

A mental health clinic is seeking a Clinical Director (LCSW) to oversee LMSWs and supervisors and lead the clinical team.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing LMSWs and clinical supervisors
Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the treatment team
Ensuring quality of care and clinical standards across the clinic
Managing and supporting clinical staff performance and development

Ideal Qualifications:

LCSW required
Experience in a mental health clinic or similar clinical setting
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Salary: $90k - $125k/Year
