You will own the end-to-end design process for a diverse portfolio of curricula and learning experiences. Blending pedagogical expertise with AI-driven workflows youll manage the full development lifecycle to create high-impact training content. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale workforce transitions and shaping the future of green skills development.

What you will do:

• Manage the full development lifecycle of training courses from storyboarding and scripting to overseeing subject matter experts

• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align learning materials with market needs and deliver measurable competency improvements

• Serve as the internal champion for AI adoption integrating generative AI and automation tools into the content creation process

The ideal candidate:

• Offers 5 years of curriculum design experience with mastery of backward design principles and competency-based framework development

• Possesses technical literacy in generative AI and prompt engineering to automate and scale high-quality pedagogical workflows

• Demonstrates proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex content production projects using tools like Articulate 360
