Responsibilities
Work directly with models to define and refine their persona positioning and creative direction.
Plan photoshoots video shoots and ongoing content themes.
Create clear decisive creative briefs for content creators.
Ensure quality control through reviewing/approving/rejecting all creative output
Maintain and enforce brand identity tone and style guides per model.
Optimize content for platform-specific performance.
Collaborate with Marketing and Chatter teams to ensure content supports reach engagement and monetization.
Identify what works kill what doesnt and scale winning formats.
What Were Looking For
Must:
Have experience in content strategy creative direction or brand management (creator economy preferred).
Understand social-first and niche platforms at a practical level.
Be comfortable working directly with talent and giving firm creative feedback.
Have strong visual taste and performance awareness.
Make decisions fast and stand by them.
Should not:
Avoid confrontation or struggle to say no.
Care more about aesthetics than outcomes.
Need heavy structure or constant validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Thinks in brands not posts.
Can immediately assess content and say: keep/fix/kill.
Comfortable being the creative authority.
Understands that creative freedom exists inside constraints.
Enjoys working close to revenue not just visuals.

Faster production cycles with fewer revisions.
